We as human beings have the right to do as we please on the internet. It’s necessary to have some understanding that the things people do on the internet are not always direct representations of who they are, their worth,their work ethic etc. Acknowledging that multiple factors go into representations versus who we are as people is a major debate, when it comes to digital footprints.Has institutionalizing social media made sharing our lives make us seem more human to future employers, or has it made their judgement harsher?
