Shop Miss A's AOA Metallic Liquid Lipstick Review Part 2
I decided to do a part 2 to the Shop Miss A's AOA Metallic Liquid Lipstick after giving it a bit more wear. What I noticed after wearing the liquid lipstick is that a little goes a long way. I didn't have to use much product to get it to spread evenly across my lips. Something I did find odd about the liquid lipstick is that the doe foot applicator kind of felt hard on my lips. You know how there's some cushion on the applicator to keep from harming your lips or the application, but this one felt thin and kind of uncomfortable.
The liquid lipstick itself did get into the fine lines of my lips a bit. I wanted to mix two of the shades for the look I had that day and the product isn't the most buildable. Once the product sets it doesn't really come off but it is a little drying, which was expected from the finish. After eating breakfast I noticed the product came off towards the inner part of my lips. I applied chapstick over the product to moisturize my lips a bit and it helped remove a few of the fine lines but not much.
I would recommend exfoliating and making sure your lips are thoroughly moisturized before putting on this metallic liquid lipstick. The product is opaque, semi-long lasting but a bit drying. The consistency is a little thick and a little goes a long way. This liquid lipstick still gets a B+ considering the price is only a dollar. I would just work on the doe foot applicator and the drying qualities, other than that this is a decent product.
